
Short Canyon is located in the Owens Peak Wilderness area. You can access it via power line roads near the intersection of US 395 and State Hwy 14 near Ridgecrest. This photo was taken with a Hartblei 45mm Tilt/Shift lens used at maximum tilt at f11 and Fuji MS100 film.	This photo is a larger version of the photo to the left. The lens was adapted to a Pentax 645 camera.	Owens Peak in the background contrasts with the desert sunflowers and poppies.
